Help writing a renderer

Hi there!
I am trying to write the missing Samsung Q7 renderer.
About the "H264Level41Limited" option, the manual says: "H.264 FHD is supported up to Level 4.1. (TV does not support FMO / ASO / RS); H.264 UHD is supported up to Level 5.1.".
What's the correct setting for the option to behave accordingly?
