Removing {Stream Sub: SubRip}

Hi there!
Is there a way to add an option to hide the legend {Stream Sub: SubRip} from the filename? All my files have external subtitles and it's becoming a bit annoying that everything has the legend {Stream Sub: SubRip} in it. Not to mention the filename length.
