UMS Plugin That Allows Working Browser?

I'd like to be able to use my browser while using UMS. I do a lot of reading and being able to read PDF files on my TV on my comfortable recliner would be really great. I'd be able to use my BT keyboard and scroll though the pages.

No pdf support or keyboard, but you can read web articles and view web pages as video snapshots using the jumpy plugin's webreader script. To try it out install jumpy and navigate to Jumpy > Web Reader for example web pages, articles and rss feeds:
