Need clarification
Hi,
I am a first time user and have an urgent requirement for a media server in one of our project, for which I need the clarification on the following point:
1. should be able to capture the source video and audio from streaming device.
2. should be able to stream (unicast/multicast/broadcast/anycast) over IP network in high quality vide resolution and transcode to other formats to receive by multiple devices.
3. Should be able to view by any clients and Android devices using regular browsers/flash players/Quick time player/ real player etc.
4. should dynamically serve the different devices with a continuous stream.
5. Should be able to facilitate connect more than 1000 unicast client together.
6. This should work with the HD video recorder cum streaming device.
7. Should have Video on Demand(VOD) in multiple resolutions and formats.
8. should be abe to handle 1000 unicast clients at a time.
9. should have the feature to stream more the 5 video channels at a time.
10. should have the user interface to publish parallel channels and viewing VOD with titles.
11. Should have dashboard feature to view the number of clients and server statistics etc.
12. Should be able to integrate with external storage.
Kindly help me out for the above-mentioned requirement.

That's some list of demands, UMS can't do all that. UMS is an UPnP/DLNA server only.
