File order bug from 6.7.3

Hello,

I wrote this bug in 6.7.3 and 6.7.4 version topic too, but I opened a single topic here while not fixed.

I often change File order from Alphabetical to By date, newest first. When this parameter changed, need restart server. From 6.7.3 version restart with button (hot restart) no working correctly: order no changed on TV. When turn off and on server (cold restart), then sort will working, but with Restart button not.
This function worked to 6.7.2 with Restart button.

Here is steps for reproduce this bug:
- start UMS
- change source on your TV to UMS
- see file/folder list on TV
- in UMS select Navigation/Share Settings tab and change File order to/from Alphabetical to/from By date, newest first
- push Restart server button in UMS
- change source on your TV to UMS
- see file/folder list on TV - nothing changed...
