[Solved] Config-file documentation somewhere?

Is there a comprehensive documentation of config file options somewhere? It seems all faqs and docs refer to GUI, which I don't use.

For example, I want to fix my ps3 rendering stutter. In the FAQ it tells me to _select a new value in the "Video quality settings" option._ From what source could I read about the config file equivalent of this?

The "default" files are documented. They should be among the files in the distribution, but they are also available here:
