Hi;
Anytime I open movie on my tv though ums share. the souds goes very loud than normally, my speaker was external 2.0 not TV internal.
Anyone knows how to low the soud?

It must be adjusted on the "renderer" - the device communicating with UMS. If your TV is communicating with UMS, the TV controls the volume. If you have a PS3, PS4, a bluray player or some other "external" device that communicates with UMS, you must use that device to control the volume. UMS doesn't do anything to the volume, it only delivers the media files.
