Transcode folder olnly?

Post by bodom »

Hi everybody,

I have just found UMS for my new TV and it works great!
This is a very nice software, thank you for sharing it!

Now a question: I have enabled the optional "#-- TRANSCODE --#" folder: I really like it, since it allows me to pick up my very own transcode settings (most of the times "no transcode" will work).

Since I am no longer accessing the files directly anymore, Is there an option to make the "#-- TRANSCODE --#" folder the only folder?

It is not possible to have only TRANSCODE folder but we can make for your TV the config to stream and not transcode the media which your TV supports. You only should follow the rules written in red above and send the log.
