"Unexpected Error" Samsung UN58MU6100

I purchased a new Smart TV over the holidays and started noticing some media that used to work on my Sony TV no longer does.
I've tried the support topics with other .conf files, but none seem to work. Hopefully the attached debug file will help shed some light for an expert here why this "Unexpected Error" is happening on some video files.
