MKV files won't play on PS4 after clean install of 7.1

I upgraded from 7.01 to 7.1 and mkv files no longer play on the PS4. The configuration is set the same for both versions. If I reinstall 7.01, the mkv files play. Again, have both versions configured exactly the same. I looked at the ps4.conf file for both versions and it is also exactly the same. Attached are log files from both versions.
