Phillips 65PUS7502/12

Post by mitsucats »

Hallo,

I have a question for UMS, i have a new Phillips Televison 65PUS7502/12 and i would like to use
UMS to share my videos and picture and so on from my pc, and it has always worked on my old Samsung TV.

The problem is that i start UMS chose what folder i would like to share and then i restart the server, and go to
my Television and go to "Quelle" and chose "Universal Media Player"

Then i see the diffrent folder and i chose a video and then it loads a little and then i says could not be reead / video was not found" something like
this because my Television is in German language.

i have talk with Phillips and they says it is DLNA competible with 1.5 oder so.

i am using windows 10

The logs dont help so much because says only this video startet and video stopped

i have not change anything and use the Phillips-PFL.conf

If you make trace logs like described, they will help a great deal. We're not only looking for the error, but for what happens before the error. The problem is probably that there is no working renderer configuration for your new TV in UMS. New models must often have a profile created before they will work. I'm 99.9% sure the problem isn't with the TV.

Hallo

now i have playing alot, and after i have search the whole internet, i am comming up with this profile. but a little problem, the profile works okay, some movies you can see with VLC and other you need to go to Transcoding and chose no transcooding. also if you would like to see them in HDR.

But if i add this to the profile
MaxVideoWidth = 3840
MaxVideoHeight = 2160

Then i starts with HDR but then the movies alwas loading every 10-20 seconds. if i juts remove
all the movies works fine and also if i go to no transcoding then it starts also in HDR.

That is the normal profile for Samsung 9 Series. with a little touch. but it is not perfect
maybe someone here cann help finish it

I'm sorry that nobody else responds. I don't have time to deal with renderer configurations now, so I was hoping some of the others would do it. If it works for you, that's great though, but I find it strange if you have to use VLC instead of FFmpeg - which normally works much better.
