Newbie installation question
I am a newbie with UMS.
I just installed the mediaserver and I can see my video's throught the webinterface.
That is why I think my server is running.
However when I try to search for the mediaserver on my TV, the server is not visible.
Other DLNA servers (router, NAS) are visible.
Why?
What I can see is that the server has an IP address http://192.168.147.1:9001
This is an IP I did not specify.
My usual range is 192.168.200.x
Is this why my server does not turn up in my TV?
If so, how can I change the serverIP to a 192.168.200.x IP address?
Or is something else wrong?
Any help will be appreciated.

Re: Newbie installation question
Hi Mediasurfer
You could try manually setting the network interface.
Go to the General Configuration tab and under Network Settings (Advanced) use the dropdown for Force networking on interface: to choose your local network.
Please let us know if this works for you.
