File could not be parsed error after upgrading to 7.7.0

Post by narf »

Hello - Long time user, first issue that I haven't been able to solve myself. Thanks for making such a great program.
Since upgrading to 7.7.0 I'm unable to see any media in some folders when navigating UMS from my UPNP player
UMS logs indicate "File could not be parsed" error.
I've tried changing log verbosity to DEBUG but it does not yield any further information.
files in directory are o+r (can be read by all users).
I've also tried updating the version of mediainfo, however mediainfo appears to be working just fine *attached*. I can only assume the UMS is not reading certain outputs correctly?

any help appreciated!

just an update, I've downgraded to 7.6.2 and it works fine again.
I also use my own custom renderer for my Pioneer BDP blu-ray player, so any updates to renderers in 7.7.0 shouldn't affect me.
@subjunk are you there??
