Cannot Download latest update (SOLVED...?)...

Trying to update my UMS, but I cannot get the download links to work. I click on it and nothing happens. Right Click, Save as only DLs the HTML... Am I missing something. Do we have to sign up at Foss hub to DL updates now? I am not getting errors, just... nothing at all...

Literally after I posted this it worked... colour me confused.

From time to time the UMS servers are offline, some times for many hours. You might have tried during one of those.
