Java 8 Version 201

If you are experiencing weird issues since the start of the year, please read.
It looks like the update of Java 8 Version 201 that was release in January, disabled the windows firewall rule by default.
This is different than previously where Private Network would be Allowed.

Symptoms: Couldn't see UMS on PS3 or PS4.
VLC on local computer could see the UMS.
VLC on separate computer could not see UMS.
UMS could see the Samsung Smart TV, but I didn't see it in the menus.
Upon switching from Block The Connection to Allow the connection, it is recognized.
