Client can't find UMS
Hello!
I just installed UMS 8.1.0 on my Win10 Pro v1903 system. UMS identified my client (LG TV) no problem - but the TV set does not seem to notice UMS's availability... The TV's list of potential data sources shows, among other local USB sources, my Serviio server (installed on the same PC), but not UMS (I activated Serviio just to check this). I would be thankful for competent advice. Debug info attached.

99% chance it's your firewall. Try to disable Defender/Windows Firewall and see if that solves it. Serviio probably creates rules in the firewall for itself, which UMS does not.

Yeah I agree with Nadahar. We have a piece of work that is waiting to be merged that adds that functionality too
