Cant get mkv to play on sony xbr930e

I have been trying to figure this out base off of others problems. I have tried to add code in but nothing works. everything under 4k will play its just my 4k videos that wont. =( help please

What happens if you add:

MaxVideoWidth = 4096
MaxVideoHeight = 2160

hello thanks for the reply, Did not help! still showing cannot play video

Please attach a debug log (instructions at viewtopic.php?f=9&t=556) after adding those two lines
