I'm trying to use UMS, but both TV and UMS are showing up, but when I get on TV the following error message appears: "server is not accessible. access may not be authorized by server", o que devo fazer?

Make sure to enable incoming connections with your computer firewall, that is most likely the reason for this

The firewall is not activated.
