UMS up but not reachable

A lot of times, UMS is up and running, however my Smart TV cannot see it.
I have to stop and restart UMS.

The server is still running:

$ ps ax|grep  ums
  432 ?        Ssl   34:50 java -Xmx1280M -Xss2048k -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -Djna.nosys=true -classpath update.jar:ums.jar net.pms.PMS

If I stop and start it again, after a short moment the device appears on the Smart TV.
I shall attach the debug.log file.
Any idea of the problem?
