Problem with lenguage translation

Hi friends i use ums since long, since earlier versions 2.x. The truth is that the translations have never been completed but is that in the latter version i can´t even change the language selection. What is happening?

Except this bug works for me all perfect, I hope you continue on in development for a long time.

PD: If is necessary upload log bug.

please follow the instructions at viewtopic.php?f=9&t=556 and try to repeat this bug.
