Important part of your log file is missing.
UMS seems to start normally listening on port 5001 on your server with IP 192.168.1.8.
Then it seems to detect another device on IP 192.168.1.20.
And then no more log file....
So did you stop the UMS or did it crash?

Hello,

I will stop there and UMS does not crash ... It's still waiting to find a device.
This is strange because the IP address 192.168.1.20 is that my laptop with which
I take my remote server, or UMS is installed ..

thank you

I don't know if I understand you correctly.
And it would help if you describe your network setup.
Right now I see that you are using a forced IP address for UMS, which you have set to 192.168.1.8 in UMS.
UIMS will try to listen using that IP on port 5001.
Is there a reason to use the forced IP? Normally you can leave that setting empty and UMS will figure it out.
Unless you have multiple network cards on your UMS server, I would leave that setting empty.
To which device and IP are you trying to stream to?

Hello,
I forced the IP address to be sure, but I have only a network card.
I just reconfigured and generate news logs with my network schematic ...
PC and PS3 (or TV) are not connected directly. But through my BBOX.

Thanks

Hi,

In your log I could see UMS starting normally:
INFO 2014-03-24 21:19:39.229 [main] Created socket: /192.168.1.8:5001
DEBUG 2014-03-24 21:19:39.348 [main] Sending ALIVE...
DEBUG 2014-03-24 21:19:39.389 [main] Reading uuid: default: null, current: "590dac68-11a4-4b7a-962c-7151223e008e"
INFO 2014-03-24 21:19:39.389 [main] Using the following UUID configured in UMS.conf: 590dac68-11a4-4b7a-962c-7151223e008e
INFO 2014-03-24 21:19:39.642 [main] The server is now available for renderers to find
But later on it seems to stop (and I don't know if you stopped it or that UMS stopped itself):
INFO 2014-03-24 21:20:57.561 [background-task-0-restart(0)] Stopping server on host 192.168.1.8 and port 5001...
And I don't know why it's doing that.

Are you sure that your PS3 is correctly connected to your network?
Because the log does not show 192.168.1.5 or 192.168.1.38. I would check that first.
You should be able to ping it from your laptop: ping 192.168.1.5 (or is it 192.168.1.38? Not very clear in your diagram).
Also if you have an Android device, you could try and install the app Fing.
Fing will show you all the devices on your network, as well as the services running on the device.

Your connection of the PS3 via the BBOX is wired or wireless?

Hope it helps...

I highly suspect that have to change some setting in your bbox.
Or you have a firewall issue either on your UMS pc and/or the bbox.
