How Do You Backup Settings?
Is there an easy way to backup all my settings in UMS?

Simplest would be to just copy the UMS.conf file.
On windows placed under C:\progrma data\UMS

Another method could be to use the Debug Pakcer as it adds your conf files to the zip file.

I know, this is a message from 2014 but i just want to say it's doesnt work (anymore)

It does work if you find the correct folder. On Windows, that should be:
