Does UMS support 10-bit H.264 (also called Hi10p) videos?

I haven't tested it personally but in theory it does work. Let us know :)

I've gotten mixed results, works on my Xbox360 via mencoder, although my other render, my blue-ray player can't open it but I think that is a problem with its outdated codecs. However, an option to downscale a 10bit to an 8 bit would be useful for compatibility purposes.

So, in summary, it works with Xbox360 via mencoder.

Good idea, I'll add that to the UMS to-do list :)

They work with mencoder with 1.0.1 sent to a PS3.

It would be even better to make it a parameter for the renderer, as in an option for the renderer file.
Unfortunately, 10bit is incompatible with avisynth as of 2.6MT.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too :)
