The data type is not supported. (800288C1)
Some of my files just plain refuses to be played.
I get the ever hilarious The data type is not supported. (800288C1). Trying to google that gives no relevant hits. What's even more "funny" is that I can't play the file without decoding at all. Works perfectly fine on my computer, and it used to work perfectly fine with PMS. There is no error message in Traces.

Can you see if they work with 1.5.0?

Exorchist,
You could try telling UMS not to transcode that file type. I used this for my renderers for .mp4 & m4v extensions.
Also are you running on Windows, linux or Mac?
