Thanks for the quick response, I made a mistake with that version. Here's a fixed one: http://www.spirton.com/uploads/UMS/UMS-b47a368.exe

Now it works :)
But Fast Forward or Rewind is disabled in PS4 MediaPlayer :(

Thank you for the test version, SubJunk! I downloaded UMS-f7eb827.exe and I have the same results as usual - every transcoding fails with the message cannot play the media.
But no transcoding plays for about one and a half minute before stopping.
The crazy thing is, as previously mentioned, is to change the .mkv to .ts and then transcoding works, even with subtitles, and not stopping.

Attached is the trace log files. Hope it helps :)

After posting, I saw the UMS-b47a368.exe was uploaded. I installed it and wow, the mkv files plays with encoding now! :D Great work!
Just for testing, I went into the transcoding folder and tried starting the no encoding, but now it gets the message about cannot play the media.
I attached a new debug file.

I love you!

Thanks a lot. It is indeed transcoding everything I throw at it just fine now. :) The only issue left is that the length of the videos isn't being displayed while they play. Need more logs to fix that?

Other than that, goodbye old and noisy PS3..

Edit: Just discovered that FLAC files won't show up / play, as well. The Transcode Folder is empty for those FLAC files, too.
Well, the most important thing is working already, so really really thanks for your hard work. :)

I confirm length is not displayed and maybe that's why ff/rw does not work ?
