Cannot see network adapters (Or renderers)

Post by bogchop »

Hi all,

I'm having some serious trouble getting UMS to work. Firstly, it can't detect my ps3 at all. no renderers found message. So I thought I'd try to force the network adapter, and low and behold, it cannot see it at all. Therein lies my issue, quite possibly. I'm currently running it on Windows Home Server 2011, so I'm not sure if that is at all an issue. I've attached a screenshot if the available adapters, but my NIC is definitely not listed in there (it is a realtek).

Cheers,

bogchop

You need to scroll the list down. Also, it may be a network issue, not an adaptor issue.

See "Connection Problems" in the PMS FAQ.

Hi bogchop, infidel is right. Also, please let us know if one of the solutions in that FAQ works for you, so we can add it to our FAQ too :)
