Runaway transcoding...

I am still experiencing "runaway" transcoding in UMS 5.2.3 (also 5.2.2, and versions after 5.0.0=last version that I did not experience this problem) as described in topic: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3518&p=16676#p16676
with logs attachments there.
Despite disabled transcoding for some files, e.g. m2ts either MEncoder or FFmpeg kick-in and use almost 100% CPU, or renderer is unable to open file(s). While ver 5.0.0 does not experience such issues.
Any possible solution(s) to this issue?
