Finnish DVB subtitles from a .ts?
Hi everyone, and first of all, thanks for a great piece of software 
Now, I have a small problem with subtitles. I get a bunch of .ts files from my set top box, and they contain the subtitles in a separate DVB stream. VLC shows that the subtitle tracks are available, and displays them correctly when selected.
I can stream the files to my PS3 just fine, but the subtitles are not there. As I understand the PS3 does not support DVB subtitles, but UMS should allow me to embed them in the transcode phase, right? I've tried to mess with the MEncoder subtitle settings, but nothing seems to help. "Definitely disable subtitles" is unchecked.
Here is the subtitle stream info as reported by VLC.
Stream 3
- Type: Subtitle
- Original ID: 1027
- Codec: DVB Subtitles (dvbs)
- Language: Suomi
- Description: DVB Subtitles
Language "Suomi" means Finnish, btw.
I don't really have experience with FFMPEG or MEncoder, I've looked at the logs, but at least there are no errors. I can supply the logs and a short example of a TS file if someone wants to take a look at this.
