Vmware ethernet adapter and ps4

Post by plaidie »

I am having a trobule streaming to my ps4 because of the vmware ethernet adapter is interfering the connection somehow

Here is the log
15:26:19 INFO Stopping server on host 169.254.22.28 and port 5001...
15:26:20 INFO Using address /169.254.22.28 found on network interface: name:eth1 (VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1)
15:26:20 INFO Created socket: /169.254.22.28:5001
Plex server works fine but codec support is not the greatest

Did you try to force the binding interface on General Configuration / Network Settings to your main Ethernet?
