Any idea why this POS won't load?

So I installed this POS and it simply doesn't load. It's not running in the task bar nor will it open when I double click the icon.
As far as I can tell, this software is a genuine POS.

Essentially that's what it is. When I've removed it entirely and done a clean install and the POS doesn't load or work. Good thing you guys aren't charging for it

Normally I would've been able to help you and probably resolve the problem quickly but your attitude sucks so I won't.

No worries. I'm now using Plex which is an INCREDIBLE piece of software, vs the POS that UMS is.
