Accessing online .TS file with UMS

Hi,

I am trying to stream to my PS4 via UMS some .ts files I found on the web referenced by an HTTP address

This is the stream

http://149.202.199.167:8000/live/gabi/gabi/1947.ts

I can read it using VLC

Is there anyway I can use it on UMS? Either using the web.conf file or the channels plugin?
