How to play m3u playlists correctly on the PS4?

I'm using Universal Media Server but for some reason m3u playlists are always displayed as folders and when played it doesn't do it in the correct order but plays it in alphabetical order based on the song titles. How to fix this?

What logs? I just want to know ho to play m3u files properly.
