[Solved] Running time.

Post by Chalkiejim »

I think I have the right info for you. As regards to the renderer being used. I always let UMS do it's own thing. I leave the default set as "unknown renderer" and never force it. I've always run it that way.

Thank you very much for your feedback ;)
TRACE 2017-01-27 14:31:26.756 [New I/O worker #7] Final verdict: "10 Cloverfield Lane..avi" will be streamed since it is forced by configuration
I was just trying to telling you that the renderer that you're using now, not the same as the first time, force everything to stream without transcoding. That's why you're feeling the difference.

An issue about this unecessary transcoding giving problems has be opened.

I don't know how that happened then. Both the trace logs that I created and posted were done on my Samsung. I do have an LG smart TV also and that trace log shows it is mine. Strange. Anyway the problem seams to be fixed now. Do you need anymore info from me?

No, thank you.

Now, just relax and enjoy your movies ;)

P.S.
I'll link your post to the Github issue, just in case some developper will need some more informations.
