Videos missed to be shared

Post by supermatico »

Hello, I'm new with this app and I was really fascinated to see how it works, very easy and light on my system. Especially very happy, finally, to waste the Samsung PC share manager!!

Anyway, I'm here now because I have a problem: many folders where there are videos inside (avi, mkv, mp4, etc), shared into the app, the devices in my LAN show just empty folders

At the begin I was thinking I gave too much to the app to share (5Tb drive with 4044 files in 191 folders), so I try
- Shared folders -> Scan all shared folders
- Remove the drive from the shared folders and add just one folder with 4 videos inside (3 mkv and 1 avi)

After each step, restarting the server, didn't fix my problem: the previous folders shown as empty ones were still empty in both cases

Here there are the debug infos https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6k1kb ... sp=sharing

I saw in the log there are a lot of complains about many videos, I'm asking to myself how it's possible than an updated program like this one has difficulties to manage standard videos! The Samsung app, years and years older, didn't miss one file, never!!

Tks in advance

No one?
How is possible to have a media server not sharing many avi, mkv and mp4 while another app 10 years old works perfectly?

Yuhuuu
