Samsung KS8000 Audio track restart

I'm having trouble with the audio track in a video. Upon starting, there is no problem for about 2 seconds. Then the video replays a split second of content and the audio track restarts from the beginning. From there the video continues without a problem except that the audio is 2 seconds behind. The problem may be similar to the one in the topic below. Any insight into this problem would be appreciated.
