flac's are slower

Is this possible that flac files are a little slower than normal? I fount it after compare lenght of the files on pc and on my player. How could I fix it?

I have the same problem. On xbox one flac definitely plays slower. Is this a codec issue apart from UMS, or a setting somewhere within UMS?
