Are there any older versions of MEncoder that the audio works with? All old versions are available from http://www.spirton.com/mplayer-mencoder-subjunk-build/

I managed to try since SB50 over the weekend and found 50-57 showed "There are no titles" when trying to play a VideoTS folder. 58-60 resolved that and most DVD played with sound but the same troublesome ones I have did not. 61-62 played but no sound on any. And 63 back to just the troublesome ones no audio, but everything playing.

Sorry, I oversaw this thread and created my own, so just for reference (normally I don't crosspost):
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3413&p=16433

These are the results:
SB63-SB60: No sound
SB50: No sound

Then I tested the old PMS release and it worked. So I actually found this:
SB44-45: No sound
SB43: Sound (!)
SB40-42: Also sound!
SB30: No sound

(this also solved the problem jeisurii was having)
