Dutch language update

Hi, first post on this forum.

Hereby an update for the Dutch translation, according the latest messages.properties

I do like the new GUI, but Unfortunately there is some text overlap in the mencoder tab, because of the long translated text.

Gr8 work. I'll add this to the git. You could (if it ain't that much work of course) do this via pull requests on github.

Improved Dutch translation, according the latest messages.properties

I managed to remove the slide bars, because of shorter translation and by moving some discription in tooltips.
As noted some extra spaces were needed to prevent overlap in the "Hide advanced options" mode.

Oh, and by the way, the tooltips is a great feature for a clear and organized GUI where in my opinion more settings should be added.

Keep up the great work with this awesome software.
