Thanks for the new version. Testing it now.

One thing is that the included FFmpeg breaks subtitles. I get no buffer, and the PS3 throws an error. I put ffmpeg-20161006-0212867-win64-static back in, and subtitles work again. I had tried a newer static a few weeks ago, and it still didn't work.

Hi Madoka, thanks for reporting this, I thought we had fixed that in this release by also updating the fontconfig files. I just tried a file with subs and it worked for me with the new version, can you please post logs for the failure?

ffmpeg playback is broken for me as well in this version. Not just subtitles, but completely, so I need to select mencoder from the transcode menu to play anything.

I do have a Sony EX700 TV, for which you did improve support (much faster folder listing, yay!), not sure if this has something to do with the bug.

Btw. I had the very same problem with Emby some weeks ago where they also updated ffmpeg to the latest version and it broke external subtitles. I solved that one by actually copying over ffmpeg from UMS 6.6.0 (ffmpeg version N-80363-g403a53c).

Thanks for the feedback, zoomcns. We may need to roll back to the previous FFmpeg version.

Hi,
I Have a Sony Bravia EX505.
Files listing and thumbnail generating is much faster but now the screen is not vertically centered. It appears in the top of the screen.
I've realized some changes in the CONF file, but I don't know how to configure the relative section.
Thanks
Breno

@brenomoro Could you replace your renderer file by that one, in your "renderers" UMS program subfolder, and take the time to give us feedback for an eventual merge into the next UMS version ? Thanks.

Hi. Still the same problem in 6.7.2. Not tested in 7.0 yet.
I've been testing a little more and realized that it only occurs with FFMPEG. MEncoder and TSMuxer works fine, the videos get vertically centered on the screen.
Anyway, I will test with the attached file to give you feedback.

Hi.
Same problem in 6.7.3 and 7.0.0-rc1.
Tested with the sent file but now all files disappeared from the menu. On Transcode menu appears only the TSMuxer.
Another thing I've noted is the videos height on TV screen are different in MEncoder and TSMuxer.

@brenomoro Which UMS version work fine for you ?

We cannot work without log, so consider posting your full trace log while using the given renderer and reproducing your issue with UMS 6.7.3. Thank you for your understanding.
