ok, PMS 1.72 buffer fills in less than 5 seconds, usually before the 360 gets past the "opening" message, playing fine: http://pastebin.com/KkShR294

Wait, worked the second time... but now FFMPEG is taking all unused cpu time, hang on

cache still doesn't fill, although it got to 20MB and gradually went down to 0, skipping still, although it is nice that subs are working, FFMPEG is using 100% CPU time.
