Slow File Browsing with SONY Bravia EX

I just updated to 2.6.4, and then the file browsing is very slow.
so I update to 3.0.0 alpha 1, the problem is still there.
before 2.6.2, it was slow, but acceptable to show the media files eventually.
after 2.6.3 and 2.6.4, I wait a log long time, it shows the first 10 file folders and then just stops there,
and it shows can't access server after waiting on TV.

I put the media files on NAS, if I put the media file locally, it shows up immediately.
but I don't think the network speed should be a problem.

my network environment is:

PC ---- 1G ---- router ---- 100M ---- SONY Bravia EX720
NAS----1G-------|

Have you tried turning on the "Cache" option which saves the list of your files and serves them without browsing the directories again?

It can be found under "Navigation / Share Settings" Tab -> "Virtual Folders" -> "Enable the Cache"

I tried with and without the cache.
but didn't work.
also I disable the thumbnails.
didn't work either.

the 2.6.3 said "Made file list population faster"...
but it didn't work here.

I tried to install PS3 Media Server 1.81 just now.
the file browsing works ok but still needs wait for a while.

probably I will purchase the Android TV Dongle or AppleTV,
so I wouldn't be using UMS or PMS anymore.
