Unexpected Renderer - Samsung E+ Series Smart TV

Hi,
UMS is working perfectly but strangely is detecting a media renderer which simply doesn't exist.
Dectected media renderer:
Samsung E+ Series Smart TV (192.168.1.73)
I've disconnected all my devices on my network (one other desktop, 2 laptops and ps4) I don't own a smart TV which is why I'm so confused.
Just wondering if this is common issue or I need to do some further digging? Call me paranoid but I'm worried this could be a virtual bug on my network.
Edit:
So I tried to Ping the local address in cmd: ping 192.168.1.73 -t -l 64000
and it resolves the IP to the same that the UMS network function is running on which is .39 so it seems this device is being generated by UMS. Strange!
