could you try that build and return feedback ? Thanks.

Hoping that helped you. In case it doesn't, please, post a new full trace log with this build.

Hi,

1) Are you able to play any HEVC (H.265) media at all, with direct streaming or transcoded streaming ?
From your renderer, browse into your #-TRANSCODE-# sub-folder, then select [No transcoding] and check if it play. That is the direct streaming.
Then select [FFmpeg] and check if it play. That is the transcoded streaming.

2) Do "The Dark Knight Rises 4K Ultra HD" play fine ?

I was able to play [No transcoding] fine without any problems, but [FFmpeg] did not work.

Must mention that i didnt get a chance to try your build as it wasnt available for download.

How can i add subtitles when i need to use No Transcoding?

Ive added a new debug file, because ive formated since the last time.

Thanks, i will wait your answers to my 2 questions before posting a new build to test.

Under [No transcoding] you will find the different options with subtitle.

I checked at your log, and you get a subtitles issue that should be open into a separate thread. Usually @Valib is the one working on subtitles issues. Your PGS subtitles are not handled because FFmpeg fail as the filtergraph used is incorrect.

As soon as i'll know about your H.265 direct play status, as it seem that you are not able to transcode ANY media, and "The Dark Knight Rises 4K Ultra HD" play case, as it was not used in your last log, i'll make a new build for you ;)
