I was thinking maybe we should take the XDA-Developers approach for Device help, it might help clean up the "General Section" -- fit these folders where they make sense.

Subjunk, i think is up for new ideas (He's the Site Admin) and i'm sure he has reasons for leaving the site the way it is. Subjunk is a busy guy, Developer/Site Admin/All around issue fixer so im sure he'll get around to answering your question
