I just set up my new Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Cable Modem Router, and now even though I start up the server, it only shows a ReadyDNLA folder instead of the shared folder I set up. What do I do? My PC is now connected to my router with an ethernet cable, and my PS4 (that I'm trying to access the shared folder on) is connected through wifi

You don't see UMS at all, you probably see the router. It won't work with this setup, UMS and the renderer must be on the same IP subnet. That means either setting the router in bridge/transparent/AP mode or to use either wired on both or wireless on both.
