UMS works over wifi but not ethernet
i have been using UMS for a few years now and never had an issue until now, my Samsung TV upstairs will work when it is connected through wifi but not through ethernet connection and same with firesticks using VLC.
My PC with UMS installed is connected using ethernet but i have a couple of ethernet ports coming off my main router, any advice please?

To be of any help I will need to see logs (see the section in red above)
The important thing is to make sure all your devices are on the same subnet on the network for them to see each other.
Check the IP of each device and that the first 3 groups of numbers match eg 192.168.1.x
You mention a main router. Do you have more than one router and the TV is connected to the second one?
