SFR TV Decoder (French Internet Provider) - Netgen N7600

Post by Etmoc »

Hello,

An old TV decoder from the french Internet Provider "SFR", is using an Netgen N7600.
If you let UMS detect the renderer configuration file, it will match with the Netgen N7700 one.

But .... This one doesn't work. When files are transcoded, the renderer hang, and reboot after one minute, without display anything.
So I have modifed the "Netgen N7700" configuration file to avoid the matching => See inside the zip file joined.
Files are streamed, and all works well.

The user-Agent for the "SFR TV Decoder" is :
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows 98; Linux 2.4.36.2-tangox) [Netgem; 5.2.81-66; i-Player; netbox; neuftelecom]; sfr;

You can found the complete trace inside joined zip too.

For information about this N7600 render :
Video :
- MPEG-4
- WMV9/VC
- MPEG-2
- MPEG-1

Audio :
- MPEG-2/4 AAC
- MPEG-4
- MPEG-1/2
- WMP9/pro
- Dolby Digital 5.1, Plus 7.1, Lossless 7.1
- DTS, DTS-HD

Maybe, you can make a new one in the next version.

Test could be done if necessary.

Thank you

Etmoc
