Can this Android dongle stream 1080p?

Recently I got a projector without WIFI so I'm thinking of buying a HDMI dongle so I can access UMS but I don't really know what to buy that will work with UMS and can stream 1080p without lagging.

Will this HDMI dongle work with UMS:

Or would you recommend something else?
