Excellent!!
When will the Mac OS X be posted?
One more item off the checklist.

BTW - is this also related to the Parse error seen with '*' in title names?

Woops, sorry for marking it as fixed, this is a different bug to the one fixed in 5.1.1.1. That was a Windows-only bug.

I had a look through the logs and we need trace level to be enabled for both. Also please describe the problem completely. Thanks :)

Got them:
- 5.1.0 J8 - always OK
- 5.1.1 J8 - always Fail

I can't get either to do both as before - smells like an uninitialized variable somewhere.
Also, when it was doing both, it the "M*A*S*H (MASH| 1970)" "Parse" error message was in sync with it. Now it does not show at all and there are no "Parse" error messages!

Hope it helps.

I went after this again. Don't know why the 'Parse' messages suddenly disappeared.
Tried a test folder with just a few files:

Screen Shot 2015-04-13 at 10.39.39 AM.png (12.61 KiB) Viewed 9259 times
The two highlighted do not show on the tv.
I have tried all the J8 versions from 5.0.0 to 5.1.1 - they all fail the same way. I included the 5.0.0 & 5.1.1 Trace logs.

Also another bug in 5.1.1: all files are coming up as "Not Supported File Format".
I tried installing globally and locally - same results.
Next???

michael what does it mean .mkvx extension? Try to rename both not working videos to .mkv and test it again. I think that also sign "*" can cause the problem.
