How to uninstall Universal Media Server

Hi, I have installed the UMS and it plays OK to my Panasonic TV. I have a problem with playing to a Sony blue ray player. It shows the file but won't play it. Its an .mkv file.
Sorry, I read the asking for support post and what to do, but I can't give you the log file, because I can't replicate the problem, the player is in the bedroom and my wife is asleep.
In any case, could somebody please tell me how to uninstall.
